China is having a new law which says that one family is allowed to have 2 kids.

In the past 30 years,most Chinese families are only allowed to have only one kids, 
so,this is a good news for many families in current time. However,not all the 
families would like to have one more kids,as the cost for raising a kid is huge 
in China, education, food,baby gears such as baby car seat, baby stroller etc, 
meanwhile,parents should cost much time on the kid, that is,having one more kid,
you have to sacrifice several years of your own time as well as spending thousands 
of USD. 

But on the other way,the family with 2 or more kids is better for the kids 
themselves,they have playing partners in this case, they won't be shy,they will 
like to share with each others...

Haivng one or two kids? It depends,on your finance ability and your time, and also,
you have to listen to the little one if you already have him/her.
